Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using GPU Drip, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Use License
GPU Drip is provided as a free GPU buying guide and retailer comparison site. You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the content without our written permission.
Price Accuracy
We strive to provide accurate pricing information, but we cannot guarantee that all prices are current or correct. Always verify prices with the retailer before making a purchase.
Affiliate Relationships
GPU Drip participates in affiliate programs. When you click retailer links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission. This does not influence our comparisons or rankings.
Disclaimer
GPU Drip is provided "as is" without any representations or warranties, express or implied. We make no representations or warranties in relation to this website or the information provided.
Limitation of Liability
GPU Drip will not be liable to you in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this website for any indirect, special, or consequential loss.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GPU Drip and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of this website, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of this website will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
How This Site Is Produced
We use AI tools to help research, draft, and maintain parts of this site, including product summaries, comparison notes, and articles. A person reviews what gets published and we fix errors when we find them, but AI-assisted content can still be wrong or out of date. Always confirm the details that matter on the retailer's own listing before you buy.
We do not publish AI-generated reviews or testimonials, we do not present our own editorial judgments as customer review data, and we do not display star ratings we did not receive from a real review source.
Content You Submit
If you send us anything, including an email, a correction, or a price report, you confirm you have the right to share it and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it to operate and improve the site. Do not send confidential material or anything you are not free to share.
We may remove or decline to publish anything sent to us, for any reason. If you believe something here infringes your copyright, contact us with the page, a description of the work, and your contact details, and we will review and remove infringing material.
Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Please read this section carefully. It affects how disputes between us are resolved and limits the ways you can seek relief.
You and GPU Drip agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitrator's award is final and may be entered as a judgment in any court with jurisdiction.
You and GPU Drip each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to bring or take part in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator may not combine more than one person's claims and may award relief only to the individual seeking it.
Exceptions. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either of us may ask a court for an injunction to protect intellectual property rights.
You can opt out. Email support@gpudrip.com within 30 days of first using the site, with your name and a statement that you decline arbitration. Opting out costs you nothing and changes nothing else in these terms.
If the class action waiver above is found unenforceable, this entire arbitration section does not apply and disputes will be resolved in the courts named under Governing Law.
